Will I receive the same product that I see in the picture?

Each jewelry piece is handmade and, while there may be some very minor differences in the minute details of the jewelry, each jewelry piece will look nearly identical to the images.

Where can I view my sales receipt?

After you place an order, you will find a detailed invoice with your order. You will also get an email notification and you can view it in your account through the website.

How can I return an item?

If you wish to return an item, we allow for returns on purchases within 30 days of you receiving the jewelry. If you want to return it for a refund, you need to ship the jewelry back, in its original condition, and with a tracking number and insurance. Once we get the jewelry back and find it in its original condition, we will issue you a full refund.

Do you take custom orders?

Yes, we can make a custom order for you. Unfortunately, because it is custom, we can’t offer any refunds on custom orders. You can contact us at 514  497  1199 or email us at info @ melina.jewelry

When will I get my order?

For earrings and small standardized jewelry, we will ship it to you within 3-5 business days. The shipment will be via Canada Post or USPS and with tracking.

For more expensive orders, like engagement rings, we take 2-3 weeks to make the jewelry for you from scratch. Then we will ship it to you via FedEx 2-day shipping.
